We are looking for a young, energetic, well groomed, highly self-motivated and dynamic team player with a natural flair of accounting and managing financial requirements for our organization with excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with drive and determination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for monthly accounts preparations
• Prepare and verify financial reports as required
• Process payments and documents such as invoices, Journal vouchers, reimbursements and statements
• Reconcile transactions, financial data and other financial information
• Analyze and audit monthly and annual financial accounts
• Financial budgeting
• Maintains financial security by following internal processes and best practices
• Complies with legal requirements for statutory payments
• Assist the finance team and guide them as required
Key Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ of industry experience in a similar position
• Bachelor, degree in Finance or equivalent professional qualifications from a recognized university
• Experience in handling statutory payments and taxation will be a definite advantage
• Experience in Quick Book finance system or a similar system
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills is desired
• Ability to work under pressure and attention to details
Candidates with 1 – 2 years’ experience will be considered as Asst. Accountants.
