We are looking for a suitably skilled and talented individual with following qualifications to offer this great career opportunity,
Qualifications and experience
– 3 passes at GCE A/L examination,
– Excellent communication skills,
– Good business judgment and decision making ability,
– Good computer literacy
Job Responsibilities:
– Formulate the right plans and offers that can give customers the incentives to stay with the company,
– Handling inbound and out bound travel planning and in house sales
– Communicate with the customers and help them in whichever way it is possible,
– Relieve calls from customers and solve the different queries that they may have
– Keep track of the emails that the customers may send and reply them as early as possible.
