System Executive-IT

Major Job Responsibility:

• Help Desk Operations
• Daily Call Rating & Billing Process
• Running the bill run process on (8th, 16th, 22nd & 28th) of every month until the final bill is processed and send for printing data printing site
• Backup Operations

Qualifications / Skills & Other Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Information Technology Basic Computer skills & Knoledge of unix O/S and oracle SQL

Experience Requirement:

• Experience on the IT Field will be an added advantage.

System Support Executive — IT Major

Job Responsibility:

• Provide necessary Software support for rating, billing and bill runs.
• Handle IT Helpdesk functionalities.
• Data analysis

Qualifications / Skills & Other Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Information Technology
• Good Customer handling skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Oracle SQL and PL SQL skills

Experience Requirement

• One year work experience as a System Support Executive will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English
• Willing to work long hours and meet deadlines.
• Working on night shifts at bill runs will be essential.
