Stores Executive (Sri Lanka)

Shaw Wallace Ceylon Limited is a leading marketing and distribution company with a portfolio of several well known brands of FMCG products.
Due to the ongoing expansion in our FMCG sector we invite dynamic individuals with drive and initiative to fill the above vacancy.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
– GCE (AL) with credit passes in English and Mathematics at GCE (OL)
– Over 7 years’ experience in handling stores / warehouse operations at a reputed organization with at least 3 years as a Stores Executive
– Supervision of loading – unloading, receiving and issuing of goods, labour handling
– Professional qualifications in Material & Supply Management will be an advantage
– Sound knowledge of Stores procedures & related documentation with initiative skills
– Good IT skills with Office packages
– Knowledge of computerized Inventory systems and “Tally System” will be an advantage
– Knowledge of FIFO, 5-S with high level of housekeeping
– Prepared to work long hours based on work needs
– Resides within 10 – 15 km distance from Peliyagoda
– Age between 30 – 45 years
