* EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: HRM Graduate or equivalent
* EXPERIENCE: 1 to 2 years of experience
* SKILLS: Excellent presentation, teaching skills and fully conversant in English
* MAIN PURPOSE: Assist in developing the company strategic capabilities through learning and development initiatives in order to achieve the company strategy
Job Responsibilities:
– Assist plant General Managers and Head of the Departments to identify their staff training needs
– Design and deliver the trainings as identified in the TNA.
– Conduct before and after training evaluation and follow up on the performance feedback from relevant line managers.
– Timely carry out all the training & development initiatives and effective implementation of the annual training plan.
– Follow up and wisely utilization of company training budget.
– Assist in the implementation of company sustainability initiatives.
– Conduct HR and Management Research as required and suggest improvements.
