Spa Manager / Guest Relation Officer (Females) / Spa Therapist Male/Female (Colombo 05)

One of the leading Spa Management Company under several renowned Spa brands in Sri Lanka with branches located nationally and internationally in five and four star hotels is looking for young and dynamic individuals with confidence to be placed in the following positions at our Colombo Locations.
Spa Manager
• 3 to 4 years experience in hospitality industry handling front office, reservation or sales background.
• Should have friendly outgoing personality with the ability to serve customers with spa services.
• Must be able to converse fluently in English and manageable foreign language is an added advantage.
• Strong Drive to achieve targets and demonstrate leadership skills is a must
Guest Relation Officer (Female)
• Age between 21- 26 years a young lady.
• Excellent English language skills in both speaking & writing to work out with foreign clients knowing other languages eg: German, Russian, French would definitely be an added advantage.
• Telephone etiquette, PR skills with smart pleasant personality to be able to handle the guest requirements and basic matters which come to the front line.
• Ability to correspond independently
• Computer literacy
• Experience in similar capacity especially in hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
Foot Technician (Male /Female)
• Must be qualified in foot reflexology Massages and head and shoulder massages.
• Any additional courses, e.g. aromatherapy, reflexology, head massage, remedial massage is beneficial
• Experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage
Nail Technician (Female)
• A qualification in Manicure and Pedicure
• Experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage
An intense training will be provided by a professional & a qualified therapist on local & foreign treatments for the Therapists.
