We are Sarvodaya-Fusion a unique social enterprise with a track record of building reputation among corporate partners to enhance social impact in the rural Sri Lanka. ‘Millennial Movement’ our new campaign aims to serve half a million under-served at the bottom of the pyramid (BOP) communities, together with corporate and development sector partners.
We are looking for a:
Senior Project Manager
The ideal candidate should be below 35 years of age with a minimum of 5 years’ development sector project management experience, should have a good track record of project design, execution, recruitment of teams including volunteers and ability to demonstrate social and economic impact.
Strong leadership, creativity and the ability to self manage with minimum guidance are key elements sought in the applicant. Sounding entrepreneurial skills, excellent interpersonal skills, communication and analytical skills are crucial competencies required.
You will be responsible for working closely with the clients (donors, corporate CSR partners) to create project plans to identify key deliverables, monitor service level agreements and set achievable milestones that ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. This role will also involve monitoring project progress, reporting against milestones, putting in place corrective action, maintaining partner relationships. Ability to recognise and evaluate the business potential of an emerging enterprise opportunity during the project implementation will also be an important responsibility.
Candidates who have University degree in Social Science or related field with Micro-enterprise, small enterprise sector or social enterprise experience are encouraged to apply.
