Kaduwela Plant
• Sample & Technical Manager
A highly technical & well experienced individual we equipped with the specialized skills to manufacture, high end mens and ladies formal wear. The ideal candidate should have expertise in pattern (Gerber), grading and also be able to guide the production team on ever changing technical procedures to achieve the highest efficiency and quality. Minimum 10 years experience in similar capacity. English and computer literacy is essential.
• Fabric Inspector
An individual who is well aware of fabric types and quality parameters required for the production of export quality garments .Minimum 3 years experience.
Ambalangoda Plant
• Production Manager
A charismatic motivator to lead production teams to achieve the highest quality and efficiency while meeting tight deadlines. The know how to manufacture highly structured garments will be an added advantage. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity. English and computer literacy is essential.
• Cutting Room Manager
An individual to support and lead the team in order to meet the tight pre-production requirements. Consistent interaction with other departments is essential. Attention to detail and new/improved methods of cutting is a pre requisite. Minimum 10 yeas experience. English and computer literacy is preferred.
• Work Study Executive
A young, dynamic individual with experience of diversified product. The ability to plan and meticulously prepare the production process in order to achieve the highest efficiency. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity. English and computer literacy is essential.
