British Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd, the leading Cosmetic Manufacturer & Importer in Sri Lanka, is looking for an excellent team player to join our dynamic team of professionals to develop our leading brands.
Job description:
The respective candidate will be responsible for the entire business operations of the Sales & Distribution, which will include developing sales channels & forecasting. Also you will be accountable for roll out of activity plans set on monthly, quarterly & annually, take responsibility to exhale the productivity of the business by formulating & implementing strategies to achieve set targets of the division.
Qualifications/Personal Specifications:
• Possessing considerable professional qualifications & experience as an excellent team leader
• Extensive exposure into all aspects of distribution in assigning territories and establish effective sell out plans • Be initiative, innovative & practical with a passion for business results
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication & relationship building between sales team & customer
• Implementing strategic sales plans & Develop and implement root plans & strategies through practical assumptions for the sales force.
• General awareness or practical experience in range of selling activities & strategy implementations.
Unspecified negotiable package including overseas travel and a Car awaits the right candidate depending on the qualifications & experience.
