Alpha Homes Pvt Ltd., a well — established property Development Company, with afflictions to a property development company in Australia and is managed by highly successful team of business personnel with over 20 years of experience.
We have successfully completed our pioneering project, Kings View Residencies Kotte. And, are in the process of commencing multiple new projects in Sri Lanka.
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join the Sales Team.
The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
– Should possess a professional qualification in Sales and Marketing, preferably CIM/SLIM or equivalent.
– Should possess a highly positive attitude towards generating leads and be absolutely dedicated in achieving team targets and individual targets.
– A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
– Strong inter-personal, presentation and negotiation skills.
– Sound knowledge of legislative requirements of the relevant authorities would be an added advantage.
– Should be a team player and have the character to lead a team.
The successful candidate would be offered a competitive remuneration package, based on his / her qualifications, experience and will be inclusive of commission.
