A globally reputed Boutique Chain requires a Marketing and Sales Manager reporting to the Director Marketing.
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and experience
1. Age between 25 to 45 years.
2. Proficient in English.
3. Degree in Marketing/Business Management or any other equivalent professional qualification; MBA would be an added advantage.
4. At least 8-10 years’ experience in a similar position in a Boutique’Hotel/Chain.
5. Relevant sales/acquisition experience preferably specializing in hospitality industry with a proven sales track record.
6. Customer-centric and passionate about sales.
7. Excellent relationship management skills
The Job:
– Day to day Management of the Website of the company.
– Social media management is a must.
– Should be able to create and Manage Promotions.
– Negotiating and liaising with OTA and Travel Agencies.
– Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as brochures.
– Creating ways and means of developing the Sales and Revenue of the company.
– Develop the existing client database by sourcing and introducing prospective partners and clients in the target market and achieve assigned business targets.
– Generate new leads and potential relationships and convert them into active clients.
– Create and develop a sales strategy to reach clients and maintain a sales pipeline.
– Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to grasp opportunities for business development.
– Conduct regular market research and follow-up activities for target customer groups.
– Execute marketing campaigns to promote the properties to the targeted customer base.
