Product Manager
Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor the market and their specific offers, products and discounts
– Plan new products in line with the Banks strategy In coordination with related departments identify product’s risk, operations dimension and marketing Conduct training sessions about the new product to relevant personnel
– Launch the product by an agreed timeline
– Monitor the market and review the newly launched and existing products continuously
– Restructure the products features if necessary based on customer feedback and manage the restructuring process
– Product development executive will report directly to DGM Marketing and Liability Mobilization
Minimum Qualifications:
– A degree and/ or professional qualification in Banking/ CIM/ CIMA would be considered favorably
– Passed A/L Exam
Experience Required:
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial institution in a product development capacity
Specific Training and qualification desire:
– Proficiency in written and spoken English
– Language skills in either Sinhala or Tamil or both will be considered an advantage

– Pleasing and positive attitude
