Product and Sales Manager Home Loans
Key Responsibilities:
– Have ownership for the Home Loan Product portfolio and package/ market the product effectively by working with Marketing
– Develop variations of the basic Home Loan product to appeal to different segments eg. Condominiums
– Provide the required training and assistance required to Branch and other staff to ensure adequate skills are available to market the product
– Provide input on marketing material
– Drive sales for the product by meeting customers directly and coordinating other meetings that may be required
– Co-ordinate with different stakeholders including Credit Admin/ Branch/ Legal and act as the single customer contact point for high value customers
– Continuously provide input in developing our internal procedures including our appraisal methodology to ensure fast turnaround times whilst ensuring adequate risk management
– Minimum Qualifications: Fully qualified Bankers with CIMA/ CIM/ equivalent Experience Required:
– 5 years general banking with previous experience handling Home Loans
