Owing to expansion of our Business operations particularly in the Lease financing covering entire Branch Network, we are on the lookout for dynamic, enterprising and result oriented individuals to fill the following vacancies.
Manager – Leasing
POSITION OBJECTIVES
The Manager- leasing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing business , develop leasing plan to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective clients to maximize income as per the business plan. He should also ensure efficiency of delivery, proper asset mix, superior asset quality and growth in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired company business objectives
Requirement:
– Good Education background.
– Possess good English skills (both written and spoken)
– Minimum 5 years of leasing management experience Sound working knowledge of computer software applications
Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive — Leasing
POSITION OBJECTIVES
Dynamic, hardworking and self-motivated young individuals who are willing to perform in a challenging environment, where passion and commitment will be key determinants for success.
– Minimum 3 years work experience in lease financing/ lease marketing
– Exceptional Public Relations, negotiation, analytical and selling skills
– Good command of English and Sinhala/Tamil
– Computer literacy in MS Office packages
– A valid driving license
