Job Description:
– Drafting & vetting of different Agreements, Contracts e.g. Memorandum of Understanding, Agreement to Sale (MOFA), Sale Deed, Loan Agreements, Development Agreement, Leave and License Agreement, Abstract of Title, Power of Attorney, Declarations, Conveyance.
– Involved in different court proceedings. To make summary notes on various litigations.
– To make summary notes on various court proceedings, title of property, various acts, policies of the Government, Writ Petitions etc. – To search case laws, Government Notifications, G.R.
– Translation of various Marathi Judgments, Circulars, Orders of the Government into English.
Experience : 4 – 9 Years
