The selected candidate is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing, training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational goals
Required skills and Qualifications
Minimum 01 year and above experience in as a Learning & Development Trainee / Coordinator.
Knowledge of Learning, Development and training methodologies
Excellent communication and organizing skills
Bachelor’s degree or Professional qualification in Learning and Development.
Should reside within Mount Lavinia or near location for easy commute
