Junior Human Resource Executive (Colombo)

Key responsibilities of the role:
– Timely completion of recruitment requirements of the assigned Sector.
– Monitor and report on employee progress of Probation employees leading to
timely confirmation
– Effectively perform the employee onboarding process.
– Effectively perform tasks in HRIS by updating employee life cycle related
Information.
– Coordinating Company Trainings and Induction Programs.
Ideal candidate should possess:
– Partially qualified in PQHRM or Diploma in Human Resources Management
or equivalent qualification.
– Minimum two years of experience in HR generalist role.
– Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS.
– Effective Verbal & Written Communication Skills in English.
– Exceptional analytical and methodical skills.
