Junior Graphic Designer/Admin Assistant
Arden Institute — Sri Lanka’s leading professional and personal development Institute was recently launched in the heart of Colombo. With the expansion of our Departments we are calling for applicants for the post of Junior Graphic Designer/Admin Assistant from young dynamic challenging individuals who can work independently. The job role offers an exciting opportunity to network with leading professionals in the industry, and also benefit from the training programmes conducted by Arden.
Job Description:
• Coordinating training programs
• Perform tasks such as planning and organising meetings and events, maintaining the general filing system and liaising and coordinating with corporate clients and guest lecturers
• Dealing with public enquiries
• Managing the Institute’s mailing list and maintaining the database which includes client information
• Design documents and e flyers
• Managing the daily schedule of the Managing Director of the Institute
• Managing social media such as Facebook, Twitter etc.
Requirements:
• Minimum of GCE A/L qualification
• Graphic designing qualifications (adobe, illustrator, photo-shop, coral draw)
• Excellent communication abilities with fluency in both English and Sinhalese
• Good coordinating skills and the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good PR and interpersonal skills with a flair for customer service
• Prior experience as a Junior Admin Assistant will be an added advantage
