We are a recently opened Luxury Boutique Hotel situated on the Cultural Triangle of Sri Lanka and seek committed and dedicated individuals to fill the under mentioned positions in keeping with our business development criterion.

Human Resources and Training Executive

The ideal candidate should posses:

– Posses a BA. Bse in human resources management from a recognized institution or a full qualification in PQHRM from the institute of Personnel Management (IPM) Sri Lanka.
– Should have minin1u111 3 years experience in similar capacity.
– Be below 40 years of age
– Having a background in hotel operational areas or qualification from a recognized hospitality institution would be a distinctive advantage.

Responsibilities would include:

– Identifying manpower requirements of the resort and the subsequent filling up of the positions
– Preparing and implementing monthly and annual training plans and training evaluations of all staff
– Maintaining a friendly and participative work environment for all employees
– Maintain industrial relations and represent the resort at domestic inquiries. attend labo1u‘ tribunals.
EFC‘ meetings and Labour department meetings on behalf of the resort
– Assist the Resident Manager in the counseling. disciplenary inquiries and tenninations of all staff
– Handling all disciplenary issues and conduct preliminary inquiries within the resort
– Implementing and managing the performance management process of all non-executive staff
– Liasing with all local authorities on general administration and HR related issues Formulating. implementing and monitoring of all CSR projects and activities done by the resort
– Inspecting and maintaining standards of all stafi accommodations and organizing of all staff Welfare
activities

Guest Relations Executive – Female

The ideal candidate should posses:

– Fluency in both Written and spoken English with a high level of computer literacy and ability to work in a computerized environment is essential.
– Full or part professional qualification from a recognized hospitality institution.
– Ability to Work independently and attend to customer complaints and queries in a pleasant and even-te111pered manner is essential.
– Should be a pleasant. dynamic individual with a good attitude. strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
– Should be a hard working. self disciplined person with the ability to work under extreme conditions.
– Should be between the age of 25 to 35

Executive Chef

The ideal candidate should posses:

– 5 years similar experience as Executive Chef in a luxury hotel resort environment.
– A degree from an accredited University Hotel School in culinary arts. hotel and restaurant management.
– Good practical. operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a 111ust.
– Proven track record of cost control including food. equipment. labour and wastage to meet the food quality goals and the hotel’s financial goals.
– Demonstrate real passion for menu planning and experience in fine dining.
– Passion to teach and cultivate young culinary talent.
– Strong understanding of HAC‘ C P.
– Fluency in both written and spoken English with a high level of computer literacy and ability to work in a computerized environment is essential.
– The ideal candidate should posses a pleasing personality. a vivacious and friendly disposition. and public relations skills with a passion to serve.

Food and Beverage Manager

The ideal candidate should posses:

– 2 years experience as Food and Beverage Manager in a hixury hotel resort environment.
– Diploma in Food and Beverage Operations fi’om a recognized Hotel School
– At least 30 years and above
– Positive approach with sound professional knowledge added with leadership and managerial skills
– Ensure the highest guest satisfaction by directing. planning. organizing and communicating with the other departments as well as within the department.
– Plan out periodical F&B promotion. Menu implementation. setting up the departmental goals,adhere to Cost managing measures and training 8: development of the departmental staff are prime objective.
