The Union Apparels group is a leading manufacturing conglomerate that has been a dynamic pioneer in the apparel export industry for well over 29 years. To sustain our expansionary plans for the future we are currently inviting all self-motivated, talented and driven individuals in the field to occupy the position of Human Resources Managers for the Head Office and Marawila Factory.
Human Resources Manager – (HEAD OFFICE and MARAWILLA FACTORY)
– Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management from recognized institutions with a minimum of 3 to 4 Years of experiences in similar capacity. (Working in a Garment Industry is must)
– Knowledge and skills in Manpower Planning and Recruitment, Training Development, Performance Evaluation, Compensation and Benefits Management and Disciplinary Procedures.
– Set the strategic direction for the HR team based on an understanding of company’s overall strategy.
– Should be a result-oriented individual with a good command of English.
– Should be computer literate.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
– Age below 40 years.
