Human Resources Manager
The Person
• Graduate with proven expertise in general functions of HR
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial capacity
• Conversant with employment related legislation’s
• Superior inter-personal, coaching and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in oral and written English
• Advanced skill in MS Office applications
• Prior exposure within the Business Process Management (BPM) industry would be an advantage
The Job:
• Define and implement effective Human Resource Strategies, Policies and Procedures in line with business objectives
• Identify and implement best practices in HR Management within the ITES industry
• Ensure excellence in key HR processes of talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits administration, exit management, employee recognition, employee engagement and employer branding
• Ensure effectiveness in HR operational functions
• Offer expert professional advise and support managers and team on all aspects of people management
