A leading ISO 9001:2008 certified herbal drugs manufacturing company having island wide distribution, seeks enthusiastic and dynamic individual for the post of Human Resources Executive whom will be directly reporting to the MD for their manufacturing and distribution facility at Puwakpitiya, Awissawella.
Education, Experience and Skills:
• A/L qualification.
• Diploma in HRM is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
• Good language proficiency in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
• Excellent knowledge in IT is a MUST.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handling sourcing and recruitment.
• Handling employee attendance and input to Finance.
• Awareness of statutory laws regarding payrolls (EPF,ETF) and management.
• Deal with security and housekeeping agencies.
• Responsible for human resource disciplines including HR operations, Compensation & Benefit practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, employment laws
• Maintaining Office, production equipment and vehicle related documentation and record management.
