HR Manager — 02
• Should possess a Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized Institute or University.
• Will be responsible for all the HR, and Administration functions of the factory, maintaining lower rate absenteeism, employee turnover and high level of motivation, productivity and discipline.
• Is responsible to implement HR Strategies align with Group HR. strategies and maintain Compliance Standards.
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in HR in the Apparel industry, preferably with experience in a similar position.
• Should be familiar with Labour Laws, and other related regulations in areas such as Compliance and Health & Safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with employees of all levels.
