HR & Admin Executive (Kotte)

A vacancy exists for an Executive – HR & Administration, at a Multinational Food & Beverage Export Company with its Head Office in Kotte.
Responsibilities:
• Support all HR functions including recruitment, performance evaluation, training, employee relations and welfare. • Attend to all Administration related activities including security, office maintenance, office supplies and transportation.
• Assist in new employee orientation to ensure positive attitudes towards strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation’s, rules and regulations.
• Liaise with customers and service providers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position at a reputed organisation.
• Team Player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Salary: Negotiable
