General Manager Cum Factory Manager

Key Requirements

• Age should be 33 years or above
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar capacity and a relevant field
• Good academic background (engineering fields of chemical, mechanical or equivalent are preferred)

Ideal candidates should:

✓ Target oriented
✓ Responsible for operations & administration for increasing units productivity & smooth running
✓ Sufficient in Raw martial control
✓ Experienced in product development
✓ Exceptionally skilled in human resource management
✓ Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
✓ Able to supervising and motivating a team of workers
✓ Skilled in working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals

Remuneration Package: Starting salary – Rs. 55,000 + Fuel allowance and Target incentives

Production Managers – Two Posts Furniture and Toys Departments

Key Requirements:

• Age should be 28 years or above
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar capacity and a relevant field.
• Good academic background (Graduates, NDT and NCT diploma holders are preferred)

Ideal candidates should be:

✓ Target oriented
✓ Capable of overseen the production process, drawing up a production schedule
✓ Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
✓ Able to estimate costs and setting the quality standards
✓ Able to monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
✓ Skilled in liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers

Remuneration package: Starting salary – Rs. 35,000 + Fuel allowance and Target incentives

Maintenance Officer

Key Requirements:

• Age should be 27 years or above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity and a relevant industry
• Good academic background (NDT and NCT diploma holders are preferred)

Ideal candidates should be:

✓ Organized and self-motivated
✓ Accountable for his or her own work load
✓ Able to perform maintenance activities efficiently and cost effectively

Remuneration package: Starting salary – Rs. 30,000 + Fuel allowance and Target incentives

Quality Assurance Officer

Key Requirements

• Age should be 25 years or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Good academic background (Academic qualifications in quality assurance would be an advantage)

Ideal candidates should be:

✓ Ability to cope under pressure
✓ Be accurate in all aspects of work
✓ Be accountable for decisions made
✓ Communicate effectively

Remuneration package: Starting salary- Rs. 30,000 + Target incentives

HR – Admin Officer

Key Requirements:

• Age should be 25 years or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Good academic background (Academic qualifications Human Resource Management would be an advantage)
• Ideal candidates should sufficient in following aspects,
