Food and Beverage Manager
– Overall in charge of the day-to-day operations of the F and B Department.
– Excellent command of English and managerial skills are a must.
– He should be able to lead & motivate his team.
– Excellent personality and friendly outgoing nature would be an advantage.
– Requires a high degree of professionalism for smooth operation of the Food and Beverage Department
– Comprehensive knowledge of Bar operations
– Graduate of a recognized Hotel School specialized in Food and Beverage operations
– At least 7-10 years experience in a 5 star class large hotel
– Well conversant with MlCROS/ FlDELlO and MS Office Applications.
– Foreign exposure in Similar position heading the F&B department
– Candidate should be in the age group of 35-45 years
Remuneration will be negotiable depending on skills and experience.
