Pubudu Engineering (Pvt) Ltd., is a leading LV/MV integrated Panel Manufacturer in Sri Lanka adhering to the latest IEC protocols. We are a fast paced Company in the Panel Manufacturing Industry, having 24 years experience in designing our own unique solutions to our clients.
We are desirous in recruiting suitable candidates with the right aptitude who would wish to share their Engineering knowledge and be a prominent part in the “Pubudu Team”. Factory Manager
The successful candidate should be between 40 to 45 years of age, with the experience to handle a work force of one hundred and fifty consisting of Engineers, Technical Officers and responsible for the production which are mostly design built.
Key Requirement:
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed Company.
• B.Sc. Electrical Engineering.
• Being a Chartered Engineer is an added advantage.
• Computer Literacy.
• Exceptional PR, ability to motivate the subordinates to increase their output.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala.
• Should have a valid Driving License.
AutoCad Draughtsman
Will be required to handle the AutoCAD drawings of the products (Shop & As- Built Drawings) according to the Engineering Standards.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum one year’s experience in a similar capacity.
• Relevant professional qualifications in AutoCad.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Assistant Engineer – Electrical/Mechanical
The candidate will be required to assist the ongoing production process and to support the Research & Development activities of the Company.
Key Requirements:
• B.Sc,NDT, HNDE or equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
• Minimum one year’s experience in similar capacity.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Marketing Executive
The successful candidate will be required to coordinate with the professional customer base and to generate sales to reach the Company Goals.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum two year? experience in Electrical Engineering Industry.
• Exceptional PR and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication Skills in English & Sinhala. Knowledge in Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Professional qualification in Marketing will be an additional advantage.
