Executive Secretary
We are a group of companies with main interests in shipping, Freight Forwarding / Logistic, Tourism and is looking for an experienced, Smart, efficient Lady to Provide comprehensive Secretarial Support to the Managing Director and Overlook Administration work.
She should have excellent organizational skills with a proactive, professional outlook.
She Should also:
– Have a passion for work and a flare for PR
– have and excellent command of the English Language.
– be able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines as necessary
– Be able to work independently, and handle multi tasks
– Be creative and innovative in approach
– Have a good secondary education
– Have 4-5 years experience in a similar capacity
