Job Profile:
• Collecting Respective Engineering Data & Engineering Study
• Validating Identified Requirement & Risk Identification
• Conceptualising the Design
• Establishing the Stakeholder’s (Industrial Engineers, Maintenance Engineer, Mould Engineers, Operation & Process Engineers, SHE Members and Outsource Designers & Consultant) Consents related to the design
• Confirming the Design Failure Mode And Effects Analysis (FMEA) consistency with Project Goals by reviewing as many components, assemblies, and subsystems as possible to identify failure modes, and their causes and effects
• Modeling & Simulating the Design with Solid Works Premium & Solid Works Simulations Premium
• Signing Off the User Agreement for the Design with Requirement Identification
• Ensure consistency & Accuracy of Engineering Design Specifications, Engineering Estimate & BOQ Fabrication Drawing & Details
• Planning the Project Main 3 Elements Budgeting Scope & Project Time Durations
• Planning Resources
• Project charter and documentation
• Monitoring the Variation between design & build at implementation stage
• Commissioning & Post Project Evaluation
• Establishing Outsource Vendors (Designers & Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers) Validation
• Maintaining Engineering Design Library
• Maintaining Engineering Design Tools & Software Updating
Candidate Profile:
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering Designs
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering MSc in Engineering will be an added qualification
• Excellent knowledge of Engineering Designs in multiple engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, structural, mechatronics & automation
• Hands on experience in design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SAP2000 Advanced) for modeling and simulation
• Personnel Attributes on Engineering Designs & Project Management
• Innovation skill & Design Cognition
