Demi Chef De Partie
* Minimum of 05 years of hands on experience in hot range food preparations in a star class hotel in the capacity of Demi Chef De Pattie
* Ability to understand Continental menu dishes, and should have a talent to cater for all levels of customers * Ability to lead, develop and manage a kitchen brigade inclusive of kitchen trainee.
* Fare knowledge in HACCP, Five S and best food controlling systems
Senior Service Caption
* Candidates should be qualified in Food and Beverage services, with a minimum of 03 years experience in a Star Class Hotel
* Outstanding personality and ability to communicate with customers in English
* All these positions are provided with Meals and Uniforms.
