Cutting Manager – Trincomalee Plant

Job Summary:

• Should be able to handle the cutting department independently to cater to 300 machine sewing floor.
• Should have a good knowledge in lay planning & Marker Making.
• Calculating marker efficiencies and work towards saving fabric along with maintenance of cutting records with fabric consumption.

Qualifications & Experience:

• G.C.E. A/L
• 3 years work experience with thorough technical knowledge to handle knit fabric.
• Degree/Diploma will be an added qualification.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literacy

Job Summary:

HR Manager – Hambanthota Plant

• Maintain the budgeted cadre in factory in all categories.
• Screening of Applications Recruitment and Selection.
• Payroll processing.
• Maintain 100% compliant workplace in terms of legal, ethical, technical, environmental. health and safety.
• Grievance handling.
• Handling welfare activities.
• Overlooking all admin functions including canteen, security, employee dormitory, transport and general maintenance of the factory premises.
• Encourage performance driven culture in the factory.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in HRM discipline or National Diploma holder of IPM or any other related professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same capacity in the apparel industry.
• Should be a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision.
• Sound Analytical skills.
• Interpersonal drills & attention to detail.
