Key Requirements:
• Degree in HRM or Full professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institute.
• Minimum of 3 years hands on experience in the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive capacity in HR in a reputed organization:
• Excellent knowledge. experience and wiliness to engage in Operational HR Management tasks:
• Sound verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala:
• Strong Interpersonal. Relationship and Leadership skills.
• Preferably a Male candidate below 40 years.
