Administration Assistant
The Person:
• Should have good skills in using Microsoft Excel and basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge in basic maintenance work.
• Willing to work late hours and weekends when necessary.
• Smart & independent worker player.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
The Job:
• Responsible for office maintenance work.
• Managing deliveries, collections and adhoc transport requests.
• Managing vendors and other services.
