“Colt” with a history of 36 years in Sales and Marketing of Office, Printing and Packaging equipment is a leading, rapidly growing company. With the introduction of innovative products, we have vacancies for early engagement in the following positions.

Marketing Manager

Males in the age group of 30 to 45 years of age, with minimum of 10 years of experience in sales/marketing of office/printing/ packaging equipment is required. Should have minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity in a recognized company. Experience in organizing dealer network and distribution in outstations and leading the sales team is essential. Should be fluent in communication in English, Sinhala or Tamil. A company maintained car with a good salary package will be considered.

Product Managers

Males / Females in the age group of 25 — 45 Years with a good educational background and minimum of five years’ experience in Printing / Packaging/ Office Equipment will be considered. Those who have experience in handling special projects working with the public sector at higher level will have an added advantage. Company maintained vehicle and unlimited earning potential will be offered to the selected candidates.

Senior Marketing Executives

Males who are in the age group of 25-45 years with minimum of five years of experience in sales and marketing with a good track record of personal selling and achieving sales targets with minimum of GCE (O/L) or equivalent with ability to communicate in English and Sinhala or Tamil would be ideal. Since they will have to work in outstations from their home town those who are residing in those areas would be preferred. Company maintained Car/Motor Cycle will be given for the right candidates. They areas preferred are Galle, Matara, Rathnapura, Badulla, Kandy, Kurunegala, Anuradhapura, Batticaloa, Jaffna, Nuwara Eliya, etc.

Attractive incentive package with a good salary and outstation allowance will be paid to the selected candidates.

Sales Engineers

Males in the age group of 24 — 45 years who are qualified in Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical engineering with a flair for selling preferably having experience in Technical Sales will be considered to be employed as Sales Engineers. Company maintained car with an attractive salary and incentives on sales will be offered to the right candidates. They should be willing to work in outstations when necessary.

Marketing Executives

Males / Females in the age group of 19 — 30 years, with minimum of GCE A/L or equivalent education, and minimum of two years’ experience in sales will be preferred. However, those who do not have experience in sales will be recruited as Junior Marketing Executives and promoted as Marketing Executives if successful in achieving the required standard within two years. Selected candidates should be willing to travel anywhere in the country. They must have a good Knowledge of English & Sinhala or Tamil.

An attractive salary with incentives on Sales will be paid depending on the sales achieved. All applicants except females should be able and willing to ride motorcycles.
