We are a charitable organization involved in community based services, working on a rights based approach empowering the marginalized communities.
We seek a candidate with a pleasant personality who possesses excellent communication skills and computer literacy to fill the above vacancy. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in reputed organization.
Requirement:
• Ability to coordinate with various divisions, follow up and handle directives independently
• Planning of meeting & understand discussion to prepare minutes with relevant follow up actions
• Attending to correspondence and timely follow up
• Coordinate the executive’s calendar schedule
• Coordinate with external authorities & institutions as per requirement
• To maintain confidential files & reports
• Preference will be given to candidate residing in Kandy
Logistics Asst. cum Driver
Requirement:
• Minimum 3 yrs. experience in similar capacity
• Should posses a valid driving license for all vehicles
• Good Knowledge and extensive experience in motor mechanics
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel to remote locations
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Kandy
