Receptionist Cum Customer Care Officer
• Individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional customer service.
• Should proses excellent telephone etiquette with good public relationship skills.
• Should have a very good command of spoken English and Sinhala.
• Ability to communicate in Tamil will be an added advantage.
• 1 to 2 year working experience in similar field.
• Ability to work well with levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and Vendors.
• Sensitivity to confidential matters is a must.
• Should be capable of handling and coordinating the general office administration work.
