The company is seeking experienced and talented professional to be a part of a team that is highly driven. The accountabilities, technical competencies and the non-technical competencies are listed down as below.
QA Engineer
Duties Include:
• Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they have met in the product.
• Setting standards for quality.
• Testing mobile applications across Android, iOS and future form factors.
• Testing desktop applications
• Code level breakpoint analysis for difficult bugs as needed.
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability, automation, and tools
• Configure and maintain continuous build environment
• Document software defects using a bug tracking system
• Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with delivery dates
• Create, maintain and execute tests cases
• Monitor application analytics and performance
Technical Competency:
• Experience with test automation and Open Source Test tools
• Solid understanding of iOS, Android, and API testing methods
• Familiarity with testing W3C/HTML5 compliant Web, Mobile and JavaScript is a plus
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTMLS, SQL is a plus
Non-Technical Competency:
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work within deadlines individually and as a team
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Should have very good verbal & written effective communication skills.
• Experience working in across functional organization with multiple stakeholders
Educational & Professional Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or any other equivalent qualification would be an advantage.
• 1+ years of experience in similar position in a IT company would be an advantage
