We are currently on the look-out for highly motivated, energetic individual to become a member of our dynamic organization for the above position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage assigned projects by planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects based on agreed budget, schedule and quality.
– Manage more than one project in parallel.
– Work with Business Sponsors, senior management to align with business objectives/priority and align with Standards set by company PMO
– Maintain project information and documentation required by stakeholders.
– Responsible for overall project P&L and improve ROI by improving efficiency.
– Identify and manage project risks
QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Minimum 3 years experience as a PM
– Excellent oral and written communication, organization and presentation skills with customer centric approach
– Mentor, guide coach team members for the project and organizational goals
– Hands on experience on Agile methodologies and agile mind set
– Ability to travel overseas for project requirements.
– Excellent Teamwork and leadership skills
– Ability to understand project architecture and excellent knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle
– Ability to work independently and being able to handle pressure.
– Hand on experience in Jira, Azure devOps would be added advantage.
– Qualifications in PMP , ACP. CSP would also be an added advantage
