Our client is a leading innovative trading technology business. Their IT systems are used by exchange businesses around the world. They are also a leading Sri Lankan information technology solutions provider, specializing in IT solutions for the financial and telecom industries. Also offers information technology infrastructure and consulting services. The requirements are as follows
Job Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage software implementation projects from start to finish
* Inspire and motivate a multi-skilled team to deliver high quality software
* Ensure delivery of key client and corporate project objectives
* Develop and maintain relationships with international clients
The Qualifications and skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
* A degree in the relevant field.
* Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in implementing software design and development or requirements.
* Planning and coordination skills are required
* Leadership needs to be
* Excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills.
* Experience in the business domain of the capital markets industry would be an advantage
Personal Attributes and Skills
* Professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
* Should be self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision.
