Premises Maintenance Engineer / Officer (Colombo 02)

We invite a multi-skilled personality who is an expert in preventive and regular maintenance related functions including civil, mechanical, electrical, vehicles and other interior and exterior systems such as plumbing, air conditioning installation and maintenance.
Candidate Profile:
• Should be competent in handling overall maintenance of an office complex ensuring minimum down times in equipment coming within the scope of the job.
• Must be a hands on personality.
• Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity an added advantage
• Should possess a Degree, Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
Job Profile
• Plan, develop, implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with established policies, standards and regulation
• Conduct regular inspections on vehicles, work place exteriors and interiors, in order to recommend suitable repair or developments as per company guidelines.
