Requirements:
■ Recognized Degree / Diploma in Psychology and / or Higher Diploma in Counselling
■ 02-03 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment where young female employees are the majority
■ Good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, as well as ability to function as an effective Team Player
■ Dynamic, self-motivated and of a caring/patient nature
■ Ability to conduct employee induction and training programmes, closely working with HR Team and Production team.
■ Reporting to HR Manager
Salary : Attractive and on par with Industry Standards.
We work a 5 1/2 day week and have an Employee strength exceeding 350.
