Junior Sales Assistant (Sri Lanka)

JOB ROLE:
• To expand the assortment range as per Daraz standards
• Consolidating data using Microsoft Excel
• Work on potential sellers who have large assortments, big brands or unique products
• Call existing sellers to enhance their assortment on a daily basis
• At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum academic qualification: GCE 0/Ls & A/Ls. (School Leavers & Undergraduates are encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
• Ability to influence and convince potential sellers – previous experience would bear added advantage
• Having certain market knowledge about different price points (production, wholesale, retail)
• Communication skills in English and Sinhala. Tamil would bear added advantage
• Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives
• Highly motivated and ability to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience
• Ability to thrive in a highly energetic & dynamic environment
