Job Description:
Java Architect
Required:
– More than 7 years’ experience of which 5+ years needs to be in Java, Spring and Hibernate
– Working experience in Unix / Linux environments
– Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Desirable:
– Agile / XP development, unit testing, domain driven development (DDD)
– Understanding and exposure to service orientated architectures (SOA)
– JMS, Apache Camel, enterprise service bus, ActiveMQ
– Groovy, Scala
– Gradle
– Hadoop
– Amazon EC2, S3
– XML (XSD/ DTD/ Messaging)
– NoSQL (eg. MongoDB, Project Voldemort)
– PostgreSQL
– Familiarity with the Eclipse IDE
– Tomcat
