Human Resources Development Manager
We are a well established and Leading lSO Certified Manufacturing Company in the Plastics Industry with a manufacturing facility located North of Colombo, in close proximity to the City limits.
We are looking for an individual with the following attributes:
– A minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing organization.
– Male or Female within 30 to 45 years of age.
– Well conversant in all aspects of HR Management, including training aspects and HRIS.
– Exposed to modern management tools, such as 58 and Quality Circles.
– Knowledgeable in Labour Laws and good HR practices.
– Proficient and able to word process in the English, Sinhala and/ or Tamil Languages
– Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to implement all necessities of the Organization.
– Passionate about his/ her job and is able to face challenges.
