Principal Account abilities:

• Responsible for the Recruitment cycle reviewing CVs
• Employee referral check; Selection of candidates
• Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers
• Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report to Manager’s on weekly basis
• Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance)
• Liaison with Shared Services on all recruitment’s documents
• Coordinate recruitment drive, new advertisement etc
• Handling new employees reporting duty, such as induction and reporting needs
• Update the Employment /Vacancies Report
• To ensure all employee have their JDs
• Have experience handling and coordinating contract workers procedures and documents

Minimum Education, Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required:

• Degree in any field of studies
• More than 2-3 years of working experience in similar functions
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures

Additional Requirements:

• Elementary to proficiency skills in Local languages preferred
• Drive for perfection, strong attention to detail and impeccability in delivering publishable output
