HR Executive (Colombo)

Intervest is a software development venture with the businesses in Europe and in-source development center in Sri Lanka. We specialize in the development of e-commerce platforms for insurance, travel and financial services industries.
We seek applications from suitable candidates for the above position.
This position is full-time and is based at our office in Colombo.
Role:
• Overall responsibility: Help recruit and retain the best talent
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interviews and communications
• Maintain personal records of employees
• Coordinate employee performance appraisals, confirmations
• Coordinate matters related to leaving employees
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records
• Employee welfare matters
• Employee training and professional development
• Review and improvement of company HR policies and practices
• Provide HR reports to management for decision making
• Provide inputs to management on industry and global best practices in HR
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Degree in a related field
• Minimum 3 years in HR, preferably in Sri Lankan software industry
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Skills in modern office software and ability to learn new technologies
• Attention to detail
• Team work and leadership skills
• HR Certifications / qualifications will be an added advantage
Salary: Negotiable, based on skills and experience.
