Prerequisites:
• Possess a fully or partly completed HR Qualification from a reputed University/ Institution.
• Age below 30 years.
• Be able to provide operational support in o highly confidential, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to produce high quality and accurate correspondence and documents.
• Be fluent in Sinhala/ English languages.
• Possess basic IT skills with ability to use spreadsheets, databases. digital HR tools and platforms.
• Minimum 01 year experience in handling the Payroll function.
• Be a team player.
