We are a reputed company engaged in special occasion dresses manufacturing with BOI status operating in Kaduwela and Kebithigollawa , with a workforce of over 1200 employees. We are looking for dynamic and ambitious candidates to join our Kaduwela and Kebithigollawa unit as Garment Technician, HR Executives and QA Auditor:
Garment Technician (Kaduwel \ Kebithigollewa)
– Minimum of 5 Years experience in special occasion dresses technique
– Knowledge of pattern making and fabric behavior
– Strong Technical skills and knowledge
– Good Interpersonal Skills
– Good Team Player
Senior HR Executive
– Possess a Degree or Diploma in HR/ HRM
– Have 4 years or more experience in similar capacity in the garment industry
– Ability to guide a team with positive and result oriented “ Can—do” attitude
– Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
QA Auditor
– Possess a Degree or Diploma in Textile Industry
– Minimum of 4 years experience in the Quality control and have a sound technical knowledge
– Experience in dresses manufacturing would be an advantage
– Conversant of AQL standards and knowledgeable of the entire QA processes
– Good communication skills
