Job Profile
– Responsible in playing a finance business partner role in the plant to ensure smooth operation in finance.
– Preparing budgets and executing budgetary control while closely monitoring actual operational expenses against the budget.
– Handling all plant related payments and preparing and providing rolling overhead forecasts.
– Monitoring new product development budget.
– Maintaining inventory provision schedules of the plant and providing information to relevant stakeholders.
– Preparing and recording month end JEs (Journal Entries) related to plant to ensure accurate information is provided for monthly financial reporting.
– Responsible in maintaining plant Fixed Assets Register.
– Identify and evaluate the existing internal controls in the plant and propose any new controls.
– Carry out any other analysis with financial data and reporting to management for decision making process.
– Raising factory DAN’s and direct sales invoices for MSP & MSD.
Applicant Profile
– Candidate should possess a BSc Degree in Finance/ Accounting or similar professional qualification
(CIMA/CASL/ACCA) from recognize university or an institution.
– Minimum 02 – years work experience in a similar capacity related to -Manufacturing Industry.
– Skills in Management Accounting, Reporting, Financial Control and procedures.
