We are looking for right candidates to play leading roles in our customer support team.
This role will manage all customer services and technical support functions for myPOS installations both local and overseas. Successful candidates will have experience in building and managing customer service / technical support functions within a successful software solutions company. He/She will work efficiently and effectively with the management team throughout the product lifecycle. In addition, this role will work closely with the sales organization to ensure the field is equipped to win. This role requires a blend of customer service /technical support expertise, dedication to excellence, and good judgment.
BEING A PROACTIVE THINKER WHO ENJOYS WORKING IN A FAST-PACED AND CHALLENGING ENVIRONMENT IS A MUST.
Required Skills:
– Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in handling POS/Accounting/Payroll Solutions.
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the capacity of technical/ customer support role.
– Experience in handling QuickBooks, MYOB, Peachtree or other computerized accounting systems.
– Should have a degree in IT or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
– Excellent communication & leadership with strong follow skills and who uses their initiative to improve customer service
– Age below 35 years.
